I chatted yesterday about being accountable to yourself and how to do so.
What I left out was growing.
If we are not learning or developing we are not growing.
It is equally important to ensure that personal development or learning occur when looking at your actions.
What did you do right this last week? What did you do wrong and more importantly what did you learn from it so not to make the same mistake again!
The two go hand in hand. Learn from the wins, recover from the losses and always be true to yourself.
