We are so busy being busy that we become mechanical.
It’s time to disconnect from the machine and be more human again.
We need to remember that emotions are the core of humanity- we love, we cry, we get angry we hate and most importantly of all we forgive.
What you need to do today is forgive yourself.
Take a moment and say sorry to yourself for all the stress, self-doubt and anger.
Pause and reflect on everything you have done on this journey and then reward yourself.
Be it time off guilt free to binge watch a series on Netflix, a gift from you to you or even better time with friends and family not behind a screen.
Whatever you chose is irrelevant. But do it.
