Yesterday I spoke about being a leader rather than a manager.
The human being is a funny animal. We crave attention, love and recognition.
In the work space you will be surprised to know how many people would work for the same or even less money as long as they truly believed and felt they were not only needed but every now and them publicly praised.
This is easy and free to do so next time someone does something good.
Tell them.
Make a fuss and see what happens to productivity and good positive energy in the company.
