Leaders facilitate; Motivation dictates

Sharing is caring!

The true mark of a great leader is someone who gets his team to think for themselves, do for themselves and most importantly of all , be themselves.

A leader doesn’t tell you what to think.

They need to get you to do the thinking and listen to what you have to say.

If people wanted people to just agree or do as they require then we would live in a very unproductive and mono-coloured world.

Leaders need to guide their teams not force them. They need to listen and take the appropriate action.

They need to make their team feel valued and safe in the knowledge that in thinking and sharing they will be listened to not scolded.
