We all know how farmers toil the fields and sometimes leave them empty for a season to ensure they recover and carry on being fertile for seasons to come.
We are no different.
If we are not being productive in a job we get fired. If we don’t meet a deadline we get fired and if we don’t deliver the best pitch we don’t get the work.
So where am I going with this?
It’s simple. Be productive or be something else. This could also be do something else!
You see sometimes it’s not just about needing a break to recharge but more so maybe needing a full 180
I have always said to my team. If you don’t love what you doing. Leave.
This may be a bit harsh but trust me making the choice to do something else is better than being fired and trying to find something else or other clients.
