The problem today is we try find ways to cut stuff out. What we shouldn’t eat, what we should stop doing, what we need to do less of etc.
This inadvertently programs us to give up on stuff or focus on removing items.
Change your mindset into focusing on what you can add or get more of.
An example: Instead of sitting going planning how do to reduce the admin work to free up more time; focus on finding software or a person to do the admin for you.
By using a positive mindset we encourage ourselves to think in the positive and be gainful rather than removing or deleteing.
