Unfortunately we can’t fast forward time so you can’t see what your actions today are doing to you tomorrow.
Bad habits today, whether eating badly or doing things wrong, compound over time and come back to kick us in the butt later.
The opposite is also true, all the small good things and habits you create today and continue to do so day after day will accumulate into successes in the future too.
So maybe going for that jog even if you don’t feel like it will make sure you feel great in a few years time.
