It’s an obvious answer but most of us don’t see it.

It’s not yourself (well you should do that too) and it’s not your customers – that is your staff’s job.

And there it is!

Your staff or team!

You see they are the ones that are taking care of your customers and if your customers are happy, then they will stay with your company and then you will be happy too!
