We need to understand that in order to lead people you need to understand them and their needs!
When you understand what people need or want (this applies to your clients too by the way) you can understand their trigger points which will help in motivating or correcting the relationships in your business.
Business is about people doing things with other people.
Having a good understanding of Emotional intelligence (EQ) and why this is so important in getting people to follow you as opposed to fearing you will make all the difference when it comes to success or failure!
