It’s actually easy – I would just have to ask you what are you aiming to achieve?
Based on the answer I will know what you are striving for.
So many of us set our goals at a comfortable level, not at the desired level.
You see it is easier for us to put a ceiling on our stress rather than to see if we can push through it and achieve so much more.
So if you want to know what is holding you back, it’s you.
Now I am not suggesting that you throw caution to the wind and just go out there and go pedal to the metal!
Sit down and ask yourself; “What you would want to achieve if nothing was holding you back”?
Then, apply rationalisation and see what is actually possible and then increase your ceiling.
You will find that there is a lot more you can achieve and it is not going to add to your stress or pressure.
