We all work for someone

Sharing is caring!

A lot of people make the mistake of using the title self employed. I need to correct this.

You are not!

We all work for someone.

When you work for a company you have an employment contract and get a pay check at the end of the month.

When you have your own business you work for your customers and those dependent on you and we all work for the government (unless you don’t pay tax)!

The difference is that where there is potential to make more money working for yourself (potential not guaranteed) you have to do a whole lot more and If you think it’s more fun; you’re wrong!

As the owner you have to do and deal with all the crap in the business.

So remember we don’t start businesses to work for ourselves. We run businesses to hopefully provide a different journey for ourselves.
