You have to learn to shut off the distractions of other people and events that keep you away from your goals.

You see – if you are busy letting information come into your field of focus that is not relevant to the tasks ahead you are basically sabotaging your own success.

Listening to all the negative waste is causing you to waste your time.

Thought control is more than just blocking out what comes into your mailbox or news feed. You see – we think about whatever is in front of us.

So if you can learn to train your thoughts then you can take out the stuff you shouldn’t be thinking about and cut the waste out of your daily processes.
