I often talk about having the right team, or working with the right people.
Now that we are all working remotely or in disconnected teams, it makes it harder to get the team dynamic that some of us need to thrive.
There are numerous apps and tools out there that help you stay connected and although it may not be the same, we have to work with what we have.
Equally, this may be the time to change the team!
Its a hard time for all, but in times of challenges, the true gems rise to the top and the others… well, they stay sunken at the bottom.
You are only as strong as your weakest link.
Stay in contact, stay in tune and if need be, change the team.
