Do you actually know what you are doing?

Sharing is caring!

Most decisions these days seem to be reactive!

Things have changed, we need to pivot, its unprecedented times etc etc

Its all rubbish!

Things are always changing, you should always be pivoting (remember we used to call this being Agile …) and times are no more unprecedented than they are at any other bump in our lives like World Wars or Spanish Flu or the Black Plague.

If you don’t know what you are doing it is not because of the current situation the world is in, its because you don’t now.

It really is that simple!

So, stop it!

Seek advice or mentoring or do some reading.

Now at the end of the year – sit back and reflect – then put plans in place to rectify or correct and get ready to finish the year well and be ready for 2021.

One last thing.

Stop saying you wish this year would end!

Don’t wish your life away. We have no idea what 2021 has in store for us – who knows it could be 10 times worse?

We have today, deal with today and plan for tomorrow – but don’t find yourself sitting years from now saying I wish it was 2020 again.
