The final and most important.

The Doing.

We got the exercise and the sleep.

We got the prep done now time for the actual doing.

Wake up and kickstart yourself. Maybe a strong cup of coffee (or two) maybe some star jumps. Whatever you need to kickstart your body.

Then read your book. Say what? Read? Yes, READ!

People are forever telling me they don’t have time to read, well here is my gift to you; time to read. You don’t have to read the whole book, but it’s a scheduled time for you to read the amount you would like to.

Then do a 90 min work session and here is the part where half of you go, “Is he mad?”

This is all before 7am!

Then go to your workspace and do another 90 mins of work.

All before 9 am. Start at 5 and get more done in 3 hours than most people get done in a week, guaranteed!

Remember, DON’T CHECK EMAIL OR SOCIAL. NO DISTRACTIONS FROM THE OUTSIDE WORLD.

This is your time to do what you need to do not what the world wants you to do.
