Sorry and Thank You

Saying “Thank You” and “Sorry” makes you seem caring and generous but some believe that it can also make you seem selfish or weak.

The later sentiment is your own ego messing with you! 

However, we shouldn’t need to tell people that we said we are grateful and thankful either or that we made the effort to say sorry.

This is bragging and not desired by anyone.

If you are wrong, say so. If you are grateful say thank you.

Both of these are free – who cares if it is a blow to your ego – the cost of this little knock pays dividends 10 fold in the eyes of the recipient.
