Gluttony will kill you early.
The thinking here is that we over eat or eat to capacity.
We need to learn to eat to 80% of our capacity.
We don’t need to eat until we are popping – we need to eat until we kill the hunger pain.
This is not an easy task – but one that will go a long way to help you live longer.
Stop eating because its there or for the taste (my favourite excuse).
This takes a while to reset but once you get to where your stomach and in turn your body are back into a normal status – we can talk about what that 80% should comprise of from a nutrition point of view.
