We don’t have to do what we do; We chose to do what we do.
This is one of the benefits of being an entrepreneur!
Part of doing what we do requires us to work with people. This is your permission to fire the ones you don’t want to work with.
Fire the client that gives you a hard time. Get rid of the staff memebr that is just not cutting it and stop hanging out with people that bring you down.
A caution here is not to be hasty in these decisions – having a bad day or other external circumstances may make you over-sensitive so always make permanent decisions after thinking them through thoroughly!
Positive energy is critical so don’t let anyone steal it from you. It will seem hard to tell people you don’t want to work with them anymore – but the initial anguish will be worth the feeling of relief later.
