Every YES means a NO!

Sharing is caring!

We have to learn to make the decisions that we want to not need too.

If you say Yes to something you are saying No to something else.

Let me use an example: If you agree to speak at a Seminar you are saying No to time with the family or friends. Yes to a project that will take up 3 days a week means No to other aspects/opportunities on your business.

You get the idea.

Basically every decision you make costs you time to do something else. This is why it is critical to look at what you will have to say No to before you agree to anything.

A high achiever doesn’t just say Yes to everything he or she is asked, in fact a trick often deployed is to say they will get their assistant to come back to them. Deferring an action that may not be the best use of their time.

Remember that you can only do and be in one place at a time, make sure its the best use of your time.
