Choose who you want in your business and personal life. The vision of your company is only as good as the people in it and with whom you surround yourself.
Don’t associate or hang out with people because you have to; even if they family! This may sound harsh but we all have people in our family that we don’t like or wish to spend time with, so don’t!
Hang out with people because you want to.
It’s like Navy seals. Their selection process and training is one of the hardest in the world, only the best with the same shared view make it to the team and these team mates want to be with each other.
