Yesterday I spoke about getting people into gear.
Today I want you think about how to actually do this.
We are all individuals and in such we have different personalities and egos.
So trying to mould people into your vision of what is right will be wrong every day of the week.
You need to make them believe in themselves and then take actions that they would want to take.
Here is the secret…
They need to do this while still believing in the purpose or mission (see yesterday’s post).
You see in order to succeed you need these different personalities and traits but to successfully lead you have to ensure there is no I in team – they need to use their traits and egos but channel these into the bigger cause.
