Be confronting!

It is difficult to take the bull “head on!”

But if you don’t it will plough right through you and more importantly, your well being.

If a bull literally runs into you its gonna hurt.

Emotions and stress are no different.

If you let fear, negativity, anxiety etc build up it will rack havoc on your body.

By not confronting the things that are eating you up – they will eat you up!

Learn how to be confronting.

If someone is bugging you – pull them aside and confront them.

If a client is causing you grief – confront them.

This applies to everyone in your life.

Restore or maintain the balance by making sure nothing is tipping you over the edge.
