To answer this question you actually have to ask someone else.
The problem for most of us is that we think we are doing things a certain way or that we have a capability in certain tasks and requirements of the business when actually we don’t!
Our perception of ourselves when pitted against those of others never ever matches.
In order to grow, you have to keep re-evaluating yourself and the only way to do this is to ask for the brutal truth.
Remember, ask someone that really knows you and whom you trust!
I have recently come to accept that I am not as good as I thought I was in a certain aspects of the work I need to do. This was pointed out to me by someone brave enough to do so.

The second part of this lesson is to accept the opinions and observations of those that you are asking as this is exactly what they see or believe and you need to accept, correct and adapt.
