It’s simple – once you can work out the difference of being great or being incredible you are halfway to a winning strategy.
Too many people try put steps in place on how to improve, or strive to be better.
This is wrong.
You have to pay attention to the little things that you are doing wrong and then fix them.
By looking at the small steps and correcting or mastering them, you will be able to focus on the win.
You either win or lose – there is no “participation award” in life.
First place is the only place.
When you pitch for business and don’t get the business there is no consolation prize.
Fix the little things to get the big wins!
If everyone does the little things consistently well at the same time you will collectively win more.
