I mentioned personal brand and your reputation yesterday.

Once you have worked out who you are and who you want to be known as – you need to then develop the actual statement that defines or identifies you.

The lesson – simplify the descriptor of who and what you are.

Take a story or two from memory and use these as the things that define you – maybe you have to ask a partner or friend but be prepared to hear some truths!

It is the truth that you need to unpack and most important of all: BE!
