Why they don’t trust you

It is not that you are not trustworthy.

Its actually probably something that you have said or done and where not even aware of.

You see when you say or do something – a chain of events then starts.

It may be a silly comment or a vile action.

Whatever you do or say has a knock-on effect.

A ripple effect if you prefer.

When you drop a stone into water you will see a ripple from the point of impact moving away outwards.

If you throw the stone this effect is bigger, more aggressive and spreads further.

You see where I am going here?

As a leader – everything you say or do will be watched, judged and responded too. This could be positive or negative.

So, think about what you say and what you do and most importantly of all – who will hear or see you.
