We have to get the right people
Get the right people in the the right seats
Get rid of the wrong people and
Clearly define expectations
The people have to like each other in order to succeed.
it is one thing to find high achievers – but they may not be the right people for the job – this is important!
Getting rid of the wrong people is probably the hardest part – but it is the most important.
Finally – You have to define what the standards or outputs are – no matter how competent or correct the team is, if they don’t know what the expectations are – they will never meet them.
Think right, choose the right people, do the right thing and achieve the right outcomes.
