Most people think of speed in a single dimension. They want results; fast.
They want to reach their targets; quickly.
What they don’t realise is that doing the wrong thing fast is the fastest way to fail.
So redefine speed to rather refer to the most effiicient use of your time and resources.
I would rather do the right thing slightly slower and achieve my goals than speed off without a plan and see if I achieve my goals.
The word and methodology “agile” has been thrown around for awhile now. As its name suggests – this is about making quick and swift decisions.
When it comes to your life and business. Plan what you need to do and then do it quickly. This is not the same as doing your tasks quickly but potentially aiming in the wrong direction due to a lack of planning.
