Simple tip:

Wake up 1 hour earlier!

That is it – with work from home and kids being at home we tend to sleep in.

There have been studies that also show being a late night owl leads to a higher chance of getting depression.

The idea here is go to sleep earlier and wake up earlier (still have the same amount of sleep though).

Getting up earlier is not about getting 1 hour less sleep but rather getting to sleep earlier.

The fact that you will get to start your day earlier – also means you will be more productive as your phone, email etc is not going off as everyone is asleep still.

It’s a simple tweak but has incredible benefits for you and your health.

So try it.

Start to wind down earlier, get off your tech and get to sleep.
