Have someone else to say “no” for you!
Yip the good old gate-keeper. A personal assistant not only helps you manage your time, or planning – but they get to say no for you.
Nobody likes to say no but it is the most important word in business.
You see for every yes there is something you cant do. A trade off. So saying no not only saves time wastage but will help you stay focussed on what you have to do.
Now lets expand that – having someone else say no means (a) you not the bad person and (b) even more importantly – you didn’t even know about it therefore you were not distracted and in such your focus on what you have to do is not broken.
