Winning is a by-product of what is determined before the game!
We spend so much time in the doing phase – checking, following and monitoring that we get caught up in the doing rather than in the winning.
So how do we change this?
Yip – spend time on the planning, nail it and then execute.
If you have planned well you will perform well. It will remove distractions and help you focus on what you are supposed to be doing not doing what you think you are supposed to be doing.
