Your charm and good looks are not going to cut it!
We spend our lives trying to protect and nurture our kids but we are doing them more harm than we are good.
If we do everything for them we not helping them learn how to fail, how to work hard, how to actually do.
The old proverb: Give a man a fish and he eats for a day, teach him to fish and he eats forever.
The good news is you are the captain of your own ship!
It doesnt matter who you know , what your surname is or what school you went to.
Your fate is really in your hands!
Sure, some of the aforementioned helps – but eventually and ultimately it will always come down to you!
This needs to be drilled into us when it comes to doing everything for our kids.
