Start with the truth!
Yip – it’s not easy – but sometimes you have to stand up and explain that shit has hit the proverbial fan and this is how it is and possibly will be for the foreseeable future.
People are looking to you to lead them; through the good and bad.
We are currently in a bad time of our lives.
Thing have been and possibly will be bad for awhile still.
So if you stand up and state the truth whether good or bad – if nothing else – you will have their respect.
It is never easy being a leader. It is harder being one during time of crisis.
You can step up and lead or you can sit down and hope it goes away – I think you know how that will play out though.
