Well you may think so – but it actually isn’t.
This is the view point that a lot of us have when it comes to seeing something extra-ordinary or when something “magic” seems to happen.
You see the reality is that there is no such thing as magic and where it is entertaining to watch and be amazed at how it is performed, the answer is actually quite simple.
Lots of hard work and practise.
Business is no different – if you study hard, learn your trade or craft, apply yourself to being the best in what you do, then people will support you and do business with you, That’s magic!
However, if you looking for the quick fix and think that a couple of smoke and mirror tactics will get you the rewards you want, I am afraid that the disappointment will equal that of finding out how your favourite magic trick is performed!
There is nothing stopping you creating a magical place to work or providing an unbelievable service – but don’t believe in the tricks – believe in yourself and your abilities and do the hard work.
