I had positive feedback to the series format of last week so I am going to do it again this week.
This is a 6 part so the final will only be next Monday – that way you can ponder the 5 parts over the weekend.

Movement – this simple task contributes to a longer and healthier life.
Stop sitting! This is one of the biggest problems in modern life.
Sitting around and doing nothing literally is killing you.
We need to get up and do.
We need to move – probably more to the meaning of “moving and shaking”
