I have written about time or more specifically getting more of it this past week.
So now that you have thought about this and hopefully your bad habits, how do we make the awareness stick and become a reality?
Its actually simple.
By modifying your behaviour to be focused on what needs to be done.
You see we get bombarded by info all day long.
We can’t possibly remember it all.
The secret is to deal with that which needs to done and ignore everything else, especially the distractions.
By keeping yourself in check and ensuring you only focus on what needs to be done you will create an impact.
Don’t make a dent; make a big damn hole!
