Look for critisism.
Ask what’s wrong rather than what is right.
People are more likely to give you feedback that you can use to improve than to just blow smoke up your butt!
As long as it is constructive – then critiscism goes a long way to help you figure out what you need to work on to improve the offering or service you provide or even yourself.
So don’t seek approval, ask what can you do to make it better.
