To turn a foe into a friend ask them to do you a favour!
Yip. Simple.
You see we spend our lives trying to please others.
It is this biological trait that we can manipulate in business. When someone does you a solid (favour) their brains tell them they like you even if they don’t.
So if you need to win over a client or someone else for that matter ask them to do you a solid. Especially in a field they are really good in or involving a topic or item they are really proud of.
Trust me. It turns things around.
