Instead of focusing on the “Big Idea” – look at all the components you need to achieve the goal.
Once you have this “pathway” you can then plan step-by-step to achieve this goal.
We often seem overwhelmed as there is so much going on or to do, but actually; if you break it down and put clear and concise steps in place and an order of progress you will be amazed at how much you can actually achieve.
I do workshops with clients about breaking down their go to market, data and media plans and this is the methodology and practice I apply.
