When you ask the right questions – you open yourself up to receiving the right answers.

So when you dealing with clients ASK

Lead your questions with HOW

Are you sure is better worded as: HOW sure are you?

How improves the question.

Then follow up with a What or Where or Who told you – the follow up is to ask the client to explain the answer – this shows you if they actually know the answer.

We are much better at doing when we clearly know what needs to be done and by whom.
