Are you stuck? Part 3 of 3

Sharing is caring!

If you have read the past two days posts and feel that you are going through this, the first thing to do is to draw the line in the sand.

You need to realise that you are stuck. This is the first and biggest step. Identify which of the previous 7 phases you are in and then acknowledge and accept it.

Once you have accepted that you are stuck, the next step is to realise that no one is coming to save you or pull you out!

This is probably the hardest part of getting unstuck as you have just acknowledged what or where you are and now have to realise you are on your own as no one is coming to help you.

Tick these two boxes and the last step is to realise you can do it!

Yip – you can pull yourself out of the rut you are in – you know what it is, you know that no one is going to do it for you so now dig deep and break the chains.

This is all on you!

Be awesome – you were before so now its time to be awesome again.

Ask yourself:

What do you want? What area are you needing to change? Can you identify the area that you are stuck in? Is it work? Is it your relationships? Is it your mental or emotional state?

Once you have asked these questions, then define what better looks like – this is important.

What is stopping you? What is holding you back? Is it an excuse? Is it a mindset? Is it your ego?
Often just identifying this helps you break the rut and get unstuck.

What do you need to do? Start small – identify the steps that will break you out of the strong hold. Remember start small but most important of all; Start!
