Yesterday I wrote about the difference between succeeding or lasting and not being a one hit wonder.
It’s not the supply chain, it’s not the team you have nor the clients.
The answer is you!
Yip – you see you are the leader – so it is what you decide, what pace of growth you choose and what direction you choose to take.
Nothing else will impact as much as you do on your business and world.
The message here is that you need to focus on the one thing that you need to do in your business. Don’t do anything else but this one thing – get other people to do the rest.
As the leader, the rest of the team is stagnated until you are ready for them to proceed.
So step out of their way – focus on what you do and remove yourself from the business.
Here is a summary:
- Look inwards and identify your weakest link!
- Identify and note your strongest attribute or contribution to the business.
- This is the most important one; Stop doing the 90% of whatever else you are doing!
