Yesterday I used the “F” word; sorry – hope I didn’t scare anyone.
There is no need to be brave or courageous all the time. In fact I advocate against it as usually these are the people that get hurt!
But when you have a big pitch or a task ahead you need to be able to quell the fear or anxiety and guess what?
At the split second past the event horizon it will all be ok.
The problem is that we let the fear get us in the build up or anticipation. This is the point where failure wins.
