At the end of the day – write down the 6 most important things you need to do tomorrow.
When you start working tomorrow – start at the first one and work through until finished.
If you don’t finish – then these move to the list for the next day and so on and so on.
This is a money tip as what it does is ensure that you focus on that which has to be done and this is what brings in the revenue.
The problem for most of us is when we just do, we actually just don’t!
By taking this simple step and focusing on what needs to be done and getting it done means that we have done the most important thing – amplify this across your team and voila.
Remember – being busy is not necessarily equal to kicking goals.
Focus is the simplest thing to do – but the hardest thing to actually master.
