This can be as simple as standing every hour or walking 3 km a day.

This is about setting something and doing it daily.
The doing it daily is the important part you see it is this commitment to training that will set you in good stead for whatever you chose to do in your life.
The ability to identify a goal, set it and most important of all, stick to it that is the key foundation to success.
