Why is it that things that taste good are generally bad for you and vice versa?
There will always be temptation. I would much rather eat a double cheeseburger than a quinoa salad. But if a healthier lifestyle is the goal then I know which one to chose.
If you are on a path and it’s a hard one you will always find a way to stray.
But by learning to resist not only do you continue towards your goals but the victory of the strength you showed is also incredibly satisfying.
The taste of victory or accomplishment is one of the sweetest out there, it’s worth the hard journey. Stay on the path, Stay focused and get there.
