Selection is the critical part. Anyone can apply for a job or to be a supplier, it is up to you to have the right selection process when choosing who to bring into the organisation.
However, it’s not just on them – if you select well that’s only 50% of the journey – you still need to train them or make sure they get into the right groove with you, your team and your company.
