A short and simple message today.
As humans one of the things that we crave is praise and acknowledgement.
In some cases this is more important than the paycheck we work for.
So here is an idea.
Next time someone does something for you or gives you exceptional service, don’t thank them!
Nope – ask for their manager and then tell the manager in front of them how lucky they are to have such an awesome member of staff!
There are so many positives that come out of this simple gesture.
This can be applied to your own team or even your kids.
