Stress is a great way to motivate you to do and to conquer certain goals.

If you can learn to deal with stress and harness it into making you meet the deadline, climb the mountain (literally or figuratively) or get from A to B when it seems impossible you will increase your outputs, performance and personal growth.

Let stress be your weapon not your weakness.

If you can run at the high-level long enough to get shit done then you will get shit done.

Remember, it is equally important to avoid burnout!

See the stress – identify the stress – understand it

Embrace the stress! This is the sign that you have stuff to get done – that’s when stress rings the doorbell.

Finally – use it! Shift down a gear and hit the ”NOS” button!
