We are very quick to judge based on what we see.
Homeless people are dirty and a pest, right? But do we know how they became homeless? Do we know what or who they were before hand and what led to their current situation?
It’s no different to how we deal with our clients and team.
You see – you can only see what people allow you to see.
We don’t know the full story – so sometimes it just helps to ask!
